I would check out the Deming Institute web site and see if they've got resources listed - they probably do.  I've got a copy of one done for a large auto company, but there probably are ones of better finished quality.

Learners throughout the world now have the opportunity to see Dr. Deming in action as he conducted his famous seminar and it was captured on video tape. The collection contains approximately twelve hours of Dr. Deming's lectures and demonstrations for an audience of more than five hundred managers at a seminar conducted in July 1992. guide - or attend one of the sessions run by the Institute.  The latter is facilitated by folks

ASIDE: Most find it surprising that I neither met Dr. Deming not attended a live 4-Day Seminar -- so 
attending a 4-Day using these tapes was an incredible experience.
