When there's so little understanding of how to use the feedback of large
scale testing, as limited as it might be, for improvement purposes,
stemming I suggest, from a lack of an apreciation for a system and a
lack of knowledge about variation, are not the results above perfectly
predictable by an understanding of Psychology?
