  CEO's have personalities, School Teachers have personalities, School
Administrators have personalities.
  Certain personalities may gravitate to certain jobs.
  Say we have 16 different types combinations for personality preferences?
  Say a Teacher in the classroom has the same personality as a CEO of a
large company.

  Why aren't they both CEO's of large companies?

  Maybe high Emotional I. Q. has blessed the Teacher?
  Maybe high Luck has blessed the CEO and a good social network in that
large company?

  I do not know.  
  
  I do know that research information indicates that certain personality
indicator groups tend to show up in the Teachers who want to be just
Teachers vs the Teachers who want to be Administrators arena.  These
personalities tend to have a difficult time communicating.

  The System of Profound Knowledge includes Psychology.

  Some personalities want results now, want answers before the question come
out and want to look good doing it all.  They tend to become managers,
(administrators).  The Educational System is filled with administrators who
are similar.  Big companies have the same challenges.  
  School Administrators have to want to change or look at things
differently.  In this aspect they are the same as you and I.  We have to
want to change or look at things differently with the desire to change if it
is for the good of the whole.  Management provides the resources so we can
work on the win/win solution.
