RE: Deming... a 95 year old statistician from Pennsylvania???

  In Out of the Crisis, Dr. Deming tells manager they must decide what these
things mean to them.  He was putting the responsibility at the management.  
  One obligation is to put everyone in the company to work to accomplish the
transformation.  Transformation is everybody's job. 
  Management controls the resources.  It is there responsibility to provide
the resources so everybody is involved in the transformation.  
  I will be interesting to find out what is printed about the 14 obligations
of management and The Deadly Diseases.
