My goodness. A local governmental cabal being compared with Pol Pot and
Stalin. One would think that dead bodies were scattered about like fallen
leaves in Ashton under Lyne.... Perhaps this is a bit of hyperbole.
If what you say is so, that these authorities (Deming-istas was it?) are
running amok, one would wonder to what extent they are following Deming's
teachings.
