Measuring Quality in Software

Hi,

I am working in a Software company. They develop / maintain software which are embedded as well as non-embedded (business applications & Real-time as well).

This company is interrested in measuring quality of the deliverables. We are faced with one more issue that the size of software is not comparable (either within a domain (i.e.) embedded etc as well across domains).

Kindly let me know whether there is any articles existing in the archive please let me know or if anyone has come across this situation, it would be helpful, if they can forward the same.
