RE: Balanced Scorecard

  Change in Management direction killed it.
  Training was done, books were passed out and then our Senior Management
changed it's desire and direction.
  Middle Management was confused and we spent a year and a half with more
fumbling due to reorganization and new untrained management coming in from
the outside.
  We even have a drive to go back to our old monitory awards system.  This
lets the fire-starters (knowingly or unknowingly) start a problem then rush
in to save the day.  On top of that they get and award (more money).  
  Our children learn from us and lucrative loopholes remain.  


  Now the buzz word in, "Lean."

  Don't get me wrong.  A lot of caring Senior Managers have given it their
best.  More caring Senior Manager are now giving it their best.  They accept
me but not my methods.  How could they know???
