Dealing with corruption?  Remember: "In God we trust.  All others bring data."

Usually we are dealing with both corruption and ignorance.  For a 
beautiful example of how to use quality methods to deal with such a 
situation,  read  "The Dolphins are Back",  the story of how the New 
Jersey shore was saved.
