RE: The DEN -- Heal thyself

Have we taken in the whole of Profound Knowledge? Psychology is often
overlooked when data is drawn into the equation.
The outsider brings a lot to the equation.
We have an aim. Do we have operational definitions?
What system is our system a part of?
Please do not forget, management's limited and under-developed part of
profound knowledge. Psychology and handling it. It is being glossed over
lightly even by those in the mainstream.
We managers are walking on egg shell when applying this part of profound
knowledge. Panic breaks ground because a risk is to be taken. The unknown
and unknowable may reduce, but how is a baseline established? Stress is
related to psychology.
Data to make decision certainly helps. Psychology and the unknown handled
to strengthen loyalty may not be as important to those stuck in the world of
data.
  Respectfully,
  Charlie
