Not point fingers here but I say two events: Red Bead and Funnel at play at 
the same time. 

The Red Bead because the method in the system used to managed the data was 
not yet capable so the system was causing some of the probelm, and the funnel 
situation because of tampering with postings submitted, i.e... deleted or 
rejected due to being determined inappropriate or something such as this.... and 
after a point, appearance of Rule 4 drove many back or away from responding who 
were novice with Deming subject matter. 

There are many people outside the DEN System I have forwarded the posting to, 
only to ask I stop because it fails to come across as to its stated aim. I am 
unsure how many understand how quickly they overwrite for the average  new 
person. As an example, to practice what I am preaching, I should included the 
operational definitions of  Deming words I have used. Now how many did I use?
