John Dowd asked what became of the tapes Nancy Mann had been 
distributing.  I can speak only of the ones we sponsored together. 
When Dr.Deming passed away and then  her right hand man also died, 
Nancy decided to go out of business.  She gave the video tapes to me. 
Since i did not wish to become a distributor, I gave them to the 
British Deming Association.  When the BDA went out of business, I got 
the tapes back and reasserted my ownership of the copyright.  Since 
then I attempted different approaches to getting them back on the 
market.  My latest gambit is to see if I can get the Deming Forum 
(Hazel Cannon) to take them on.  Thus far, because of the press of 
other matters, we haven't closed on the deal.  My proposal is simple, 
royalty free use of the tapes -- all profit to the DF.  When I see a 
reasonalb plan, we'll agree and I'll notify the DEN.
