Very much appreciated the posting from Bill Cooper - expressing Deming's =
wish to encourage learning - from a wide variety of sources.
We in Aberdeen, Scotland, are working to create a learning network - not =
a teaching facility.
And it is not easy - very conscious that we know very little about how =
we learn. As Bill mentioned Myron keeps advising us to appreciate the =
work of Feuerstein - which we have not done as yet - there is so much to =
learn and understand.
