Book on Qualitative and quantitative methos for predictions and scenarios

Hello Denizens, as Deming well said, management in its simpliest form is
prediction. I´m interested in reading an introductory book on cualitative
and cuantitative methods for predictions and scenario planning.  I would
like one that differentiantes well between enumerative and analitical
studies and is not to demanding in statistical knowledge. ¿Could anyone
