SAS or SAS??

Been a bit of discussion on comments about SAS -- which could be the Swedish airline or the US software company -- both have had a "good history" in the press.

Stein mentioned the book "Riv pyramiderna! : en bok om den nya människan, chefen och ledaren" by Jan Carlzon - once president and CEO of Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) This book was released in the US in 1989 as "Moments of Truth"

Mike Woolbert also points out:

SAS is also a well respected software company. It is the largest privately held company in the US. It is renowned for its positive treatment of employees. I would hope that the US version of SAS would be well treated by Ackoff
