Thanks for the paper. While reading the paper I was reminded of what
Don Wheeler has said, namely, "no data have meaning apart from their
context". So does it follow that no "information, knowledge,
understanding, and wisdom" also have meaning apart from their context?
Is it possible that within their context ,"data, information,
knowledge, understanding, and wisdom" interact together as a system?
