RE: Productivity Improvements

Dick, 

Good thoughts but I need to clarify one point for you.  

The tires involved in the Ford Firestone debacle were made in the
Decatur, Illinois plant.  

I am not sure if all were but I know that many of the tires were made
during a time when the plant was going through a protracted labor issue
and strike by the workforce.
