 wanted to mention that the material on the link was DOD "stuff", and
my original purpose was to identify sites dealing with enumerative and
analytical studies. As I read through it, it reminded me of a lot of the
Navy quality website which, as we know, was magically deleted several
years ago.

Did any of you get a similar impression? Of course Carnegie-Mellon is a
respected institution and would not be involved in the use of old Navy
stuff, right?
