"Quality" in education

	I found it fascinating!  It is primarily useful as an exercise
in looking below the surface into diploma mills or degree mills, but is
points out a crying need to verify individuals' claimed academic
certifications.  Most notably, it may be an example of Poor Quality in
education.

	Things are not always what they seem...
