"Little red book" of Deming lectures in Japan?

DENizens,

Roger Erickson is looking for information on Deming's Japanese lectures in 
1950 - he has been told that "there is no extant recordings or transcripts 
of the 1950 Deming lectures in Japan, other than a 'little red book' 
published in Japanese & later translated into English."

Is anyone familiar with this?  Or better, know how to find it?

The only document I know of is Deming's 1950 lecture to the Japanese 
executive group at Mt. Hakone.  Several years ago, John Down found the 
Japanese version and translated it into English and provided it to the 
DEN.  See:
