Alan Meekings is right about John Seddon's new book (didn't he used to be a regular contributor to this forum?), I have read it and it is extremely practical, and dare I say it inspiring. I work in financial services and have been using John's methods for some time, and they really do work - it is great to have practical guidance on how to apply systems thinking in a way that encourages other people to be curious rather than dismissive.
Alan mentions Amazon - I obtained my copy from them, although there was a little delay, perhaps the best bet is to buy direct from Vanguard - I think Alan gave their address.
