What about Wal-Mart's "low (the lowest) prices every day"?  Fast 
Company in its December issue cover story, "The Wal-Mart You Don't 
Know," points up what can become the predatory nature of placing 
sole value on the lowest price. Will Wal-Mart's pricing/competitive 
policies become a concern of law? How?
