- Thread-topic: The Impact Of Deming's Ideas: AT&T of Illinois v. Illinois
As I understand what Dr. Deming taught and implied, we are going to quality of life for all.
Philosophically speaking each company wants to become the owner of all. The factories own the town and the people work for the factory and buy out of the factory stores.
Each person starting a business would ideally like to have the whole world as their customer and no competition. Please look deep into your ability to understand and I know that most of you will accept this.
The point being, Resource owners have responsibilities to community that are not being realized and met. Microsoft and Toyota and Sony and BMW and Shell, etc. Own the world support for world peace. They are responsible for sharing to stop and prevent world hunger.
We as humans must learn that when air, food, water and shelter needs are met, we continue to improve. Competition and cooperation will still be present, but at another level of interaction.
Now the world is full of angry people, who are full of bitterness.
This anger is what will prevent us from moving into successful space travel and the extension of the human race.
The greedy along with the angry may destroy us. We all have a choice.
Dr. Deming presents methods for us to use to save the human race. We must change our approach to life and living. We must expand our view of variation. The value of prediction must be redefined in it's use.
Starting with breathing correctly and aerobic exercise regularly will reduce the atrophy of our brain cells. Challenging ourselves to use both side, front, rear, bottom and top of our brains is another.
The older are still looked to for guidance. If they breath less of shallower, less oxygen gets to the brain and atrophy sets in. This simply concept has held nations back for generations.
Respectfully,
Charlie
