My experience is that either will work as long as you explain to those using
it what it means!  As with any method involving thinking processes,
understanding is essential for success.  In my opinion, none of the four
terms used in this method can be explained by a single word. However, once
the principle, has been grasped whatever shorthand one chooses is surely
irrelevant.
