Hello DENizens:

I believe one cannot "study" without observing and hypothesizing. This may
be assumed within the PDSA model. I may be exposing my limited understanding
of Dr. Deming's work if this has been discussed in his books.

Maybe a merge of the scientific process (in an effort to eliminate bias) and
the PDSA would be beneficial?

Observe
Hypothesize
Predict
Plan
Do
Study
Act

If nothing else, it would create an easy acronym to remember. OHPPDSA. (Just
kidding on the easy acronym part.)
