This question represents a classic example of the confusion between the concepts of "features" and "quality". Features represent the things you put into your product to attract a particular market segment. For example, devices that are added to a basic car to distinguish it from the simkpler models. (The old fashoned Volkswagen 'bug' comes to mind versus a Lincoln Town Car). Wuality has to do with how well you deliver these features to provide reliability, delivery and ease of use. In general quality of process does not cost more; it costs less.

This confusion creates a common error in thinking that there is a quality cost tradeoff.
