STUDENT REQUEST: Implementing Deming's Approach

I'm currently enrolled in an Advance Quality Management course and I was =
hoping to receive some real life experience with different quality =
approaches.  In regards to the Deming approach, I have a few initial =
questions:

1) What specifically did you implement from the Deming approach?  Any =
particular focus?
2) Did you include any other approaches along with Deming's?
3) What tools did you select for your quality initiative?
4) What industry are you in?  Sometimes the industry will drive the =
approach used.
5) How long did it take (or will it take) to implement the approach?

I would really appreciate your input.
