Our Goal is to retain current customers.
Our Mission is to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction
with our products and services as a means to retain current customers.
Our Strategy is to use Dr. Deming's teachings/principles on leadership,
process management, quality management, etc. as the means to assure our
success in achieving our mission and goal.
Statements - grin -about mission and strategy are not all that
important; being certain of your aim/goal and actions derived from an
ongoing understanding and application of Deming's System of Profound
Knowledge are important. Clearly communicating your aim and the
principles to be used in reaching that aim is also very important.
