RE: Complex Health Cause-and-Effect
Stein,
I'm part of a team currently developing frameworks for the measurement,
charting and review of systemic performance for four distinctive sorts of
health organisations in the UK - primary care, secondary care, mental health
and ambulance services.
We've already seen the benefits of informing measurement and review through
the lenses of what I would call 'lean thinking', 'systemic thinking' and
'change management thinking'.
