The DEN is 10 this month!!

DENizens,

I was just going over some old files and realized that at the end of May -- the DEN will have been on the
air for a full 10 years!!

At the initial Deming Institute meeting in FEB94, Myron Tribus suggested that the new internet technologies
could be perfect for collaboration and learning.  Tom Glenn, Del Kimbler, John Hunter, and I took the
challenge and within 90 days we were live - first from a BBS in Tom Glenn's basement, then later
on the server at Clemson.

The rest, as they say, is history.

For that core group that has been here for years or even from the start -- thanks for hanging in.

Considering all the lists that have faded away in the last 10 years, I think we are doing well.
