Dear Hanching,
Yap, I think it was the "Invincible Determination" of the Japanese that made
all the difference not Deming.  If I am not wrong WED himself said this many
times. They picked up Deming and ran with him with "Invincible
Determination" . that made all the difference.  It seems to me that we in
the USA / West have got to find the people here with that "Invincible
Determination".  Our industry leaders do not have the "Invincible
Determination" do they?  So, if our industry leaders do not have the
"Invincible Determination" we have got to find those who do and empower them
. huh?  I wonder who they are.
