I am a Tom Peters fan. The best thing I did in CY 2004 was
loaned my copy of Reimagine to my Vice President.
That said, I think Tom's weakness is he does not pass the "by what
means" test. He talks about destruction and rebuilding, but offers
little means. If we take some of Tom Peters' emotional appeals and
lessons (which are well worth while) and use them within a SOPK context,
I believe you would then have a very strong system.
