RE: remuneration (forget Six Sigma)
Hello group:
I have been away for a long time, but still linger in the background. An
advantage of sharing profits equally is the additional incentive for
current employees to take the time to work with new comers to see that they
are well trained and making a good contribution to the team. You can
further leverage this by getting existing staff involved in the hiring
process. After all they are the ones that will have to work with this
person and have the most to gain by making good hiring decisions.
Right now I have one client that is sharing their bonus money equally with
all employees. This produces a sense of togetherness or community that
enables them to work together to grow the company.
