RE: Are these examples of stable systems with points outside the control limits?



For the first set of data, there does appear to be an increasing trend
in this chart.  Just looking at the average - notice that points 5
through 11 are below average (7 in a row) and points 1 through 11 are 10
of 11 below average.  I am assuming that people A, B, C, D, E, and F
actually produced in sequence, such as in the Red Bead Experiment.

>From No. 6 through No. 31 there does seem to be a consistently
increasing trend, then a reset at No. 32 and then another increasing
trend, perhaps.
