REQUEST: List of Hospitals that have undertaken Deming's Program

Dear People, I have read "The Deming Management Method" by Mary Walton, and have come to the same conclusions as Mr. Deming-that American management is incompetent-at least from what I've seen in the Gulf Coast area employers that I've worked for, including the one I'm working for now through an employment agency, which is an area hospital in Milton, Florida. As I experience the workdays here in light of what I've read, I wonder if any hospitals have taken up Dr. Deming's statistical quality methods-and what have been the results?
