Michael:

Here in Penscaola the Sacred Heart Hospital advertises that it 
received the Baldrige Award.  I visited with the fellow who
was the leader in organizing the Hospital's nomination for the award 
and asked him for examples of the use of statistical
analysis of hospital data.  He said they had gathered considerable 
statistical information but had not ever really aanlyzed
the data.

I detected no interest in making such an analysis.
