I realise we don't generally use the DEN for spreading jokes, but this one
is thought provoking and might amuse some Denizens.
An astronomer, a biologist and a mathematician were taking a holiday
together in Scotland.
As their train crossed the border into Scotland the Astronomer noticed a
black sheep standing in a field they were passing.
"Look!" he cried out, "In Scotland the sheep are black!"
"No." said the biologist, "In Scotland SOME of the sheep are black".
The mathematician sighed.
"In Scotland" he said, "There exists a field containing not less than one
sheep, at least one side of which is black."

PS
There is a WED connection as I happen to know that Dr Deming enjoyed
watching spring lambs bouncing around the fields.
