It is and has been a mystery to me why Mr. Juran, whom I admire, cannot let
go of his oft=stated idea that Deming was only the SPC guy and not a
management expert when he so obviously taught much more than SPC and clearly
had expertise in management.

It's one thing to disagree with some one about what they say, but another
thing altogether to deny that they said it.  I don't get it.  All it does is
confuse people when there is no need for confusion.  Juran's statements are
simply not true and he should know that better than anyone.  Must have one
of those big blind spots....I've got a couple as we all do, I guess.  Too
bad.
