The Theme of this year's International Deming Forum Conference 24-26th May at The Robinson Centre is: 
 
"Transformation is not Improvement!  Why "best efforts" will not revolutionise your organisation"
 
"Organisations are constantly in state of change and development. But how often does an organisation end
 up with the same kind of issues in each new incarnation? Transformation is far more fundamental than this.
 A transformed organisation will have a profoundly different approach to designing processes, managing 
relationships and interpreting data."
 
The conference tackles the why and how of this transformation journey
 
The Conference is being held on 24-26th May, "3 days of the year that will change the other 362!," 
at the Robinson Centre, Wybston, Bedfordshire (~ 20 miles west of Cambridge)
