I think you'd be best advised to go back to you management team and ask why
they think a "Six Sigma" practitioner would be the optimal answer in your
circumstances.

Would you be willing to share with this group what's behind your thinking
that a "Six Sigma" practitioner is actually what your organisation most
needs?
