The desire to do better

replied, 'There is no short answer. You are prepared to share a methodology
for doing better, but you can do nothing unless he already has a desire to
do better. Failing that, everyone loses.'"

Thanks for sharing this quote with us. It seems to me highly significant.

Is the implication that it would be fruitful for us to discuss on the DEN
how best to open people's horizons to foster a "desire to do better"?
