RE: TARGET SETTING

Hello DEN:

So many assumptions about my personal example. I was trying to use a simple
example to understand the pros and cons of target setting. We did not own
the house. I was caring for the house. The owners told my wife and me when
we had to be out. The deadline was imposed on us. We decide to be out 2 days
before the owners demanded we be out. The target was set collectively by my
wife and me. No others involved. No others had to move.

Just trying to understand targets, setting targets, pros and cons.
