The Deming methodology has been working well for me, and is spreading.
I am quite well entrenched within Fluor Hanford, the approach is moving
into Safety within the Fluor corporation.  Fluor has hired me out to
several other subcontractors.  I've been invited to "yell" at quite a
few venues.  I'll be at the American Society of Safety Engineers annual
conference and the Health Physics Society annual conferences this year.
