Mike,
Russ Ackoff (who turns 87 on Feb. 14th) has a new book. It came out late
last year (co-authored with Shel Rovin). It is called "Beating the System".
http://www.cioinsight.com/article2/0,1540,1846802,00.asp
It's for sale on Amazon.com Just enter "beating the system" and "ackoff"
into Google and you'll find the link.
