Prioritising options
Hi all
I am about to start looking at buying a replacement for my trusty Alfa
Romeo. I would love to buy a car that has the same character performance
and personality and makes the same noise but since no one makes cars like
that anymore...
Anyway from having a look around I can see that there are about 5
different cars that broadly meet the criteria I am after however all have
their strengths and weaknesses. I was told some time ago (by an Army
Colonel of all people) of a method designed by Deming that allows one to
attribute values to the various aspects of each car and thus come out with
the most favourable choice of car. Can anyone remember how it goes -
think its quite simple but effective. Could be useful in all sorts of
situations
cheers
