We have remained Hillside yellers, because we are not prepared to make 
ourselves hard enough
in the leading Business Schools, business houses and daily media like 
Newspapers, TV and radio.
For this we need to win friends at the right places, which somehow in the 
USA, we are not doing.
The rest of the business schools and business activities in the world, just 
imitates the USA model
of management with all its deadly diseases. Even in India, most business 
enterprises are mostly wasting time and money in things like ISO 9000, 
ERP,Business Process Reengineering, Six Sigma etc and there are expensive 
consultants for such labels. The efforts are not giving results; but then 
who cares, another new label 'restructuring"is round the corner. The Deming 
Disciples are
shying away from confronting the power centres and indulging in scholastic 
debate and self-pity.
