But I have a question for all the DEN's:
 
Where are the statistics?  Does anyone have concrete  stats on this 
undeniable "happening"?  Dr. Deming didn't have them.   And I didn't have them.  I'm 
sure companies who have won the Malcolm  Baldrige have stats.
 
Can anyone help me with this?
