Re: statistics connecting systems and employees

    Here's my question:

We have known since Saul Gellerman's Management by Motivation (1968)
that motivated employees are more productive. Dr. Deming taught us that
productive employees are worthless - if the system they are working on is flawed.

What I am looking for is a set of statistics that show this
connectivity.

If I take Peter Senge's Fifth Discipline and Dr. Deming's 1992-1993
lectures, and put them together with Saul Gellerman, I have the THEORY that all
of us have been using with our clients for the past 10 years.

What I would like to have are the STATISTICS from some company that
actually prove our theory.
