Mr. Danjin has a good point. Ford is a good example of entropy at 
work. After two CEO's, who understood Dr. Deming's message, Ford got 
a few CEO's who knew not about profound knowledge. This started a 
slide downward.

Entropy causes reversion to the former state. I believe that this 
will continue to occur until the critical mass is reached in schools 
of business, most of which teach  exactly the wring thing as Deming 
pointed out. There are not enough notable exception...yet.
