Hello DEN:

The following points from Deming may allow an organization to sustain the
SoPK:

1. Constancy of Purpose
2. Adopt new philosophy
7. Institute leadership
8. Drive out fear
9. Break down barriers
13. Continual education.

In my opinion, an understanding of the SoPK and the above points should
allow for learning to promote from within, learning to teach their people,
developing them, and allowing them to sustain the way of the good Doctor
Deming.
