May I just remind the DEN of J.W. Marriott's philosophy?

"If we take 
care of the people, they will take care of the customers, and profits 
will take care of themselves."

Although it sounds simplistic, it sure 
touches all the bases -- including shareholders AND 
stakeholders.

And 
all 14 of Deming's points are needed to make it happen.
